The Genuardi Family Foundation will only accept applications online

Beginning with our current grant cycle, the Genuardi Family Foundation will only accept applications online.
This automation of our system will include all stages of the application process: initial letters of inquiry, full applications, and grant reports.
We will not process paper applications this year.

2010 GRANT CYCLE KEY DATES

• June 1 to August 1, 2009 – Letters of inquiry (LOIs) accepted
• LOI approval date to October 1, 2009 – Full proposals (if invited) accepted
• May 1, 2010 – Applicant notification & grant awards made
• March 1, 2011 – 2010 Grant Reports due

All deadlines are firm. Letters of inquiry and proposals submitted after their respective deadlines will not be accepted.

All organizations interested in applying should first consult our Eligibility Requirements on our Priorities For Giving page to ensure they meet the Foundation’s guidelines prior to submitting a letter of inquiry. All applicants must submit an online letter of inquiry to be considered for funding, regardless of whether or not the organization has been previously funded. Only those organizations whose letters of inquiry have been approved will be invited to submit full proposals.

Please note that the Foundation can only fund a fraction of the requests that are reviewed. A denial of funding is not necessarily a reflection of the program or proposal, but is the result of a highly competitive process.
