Improvement Partnership, Inc.

is an innovative organization providing free healthcare and health promotion services to the region’s low-income, uninsured individuals and families. They were funded to support daily operations, and also to support educational outreach efforts that will reach other individuals with important messages about healthy living.

Maternal and Child Health
Consortium of Chester County

works to improve access to health care for mothers and children in Chester County, through the collaborative efforts of individuals, providers and policy makers. They were funded to support Healthy Start, a county-wide prenatal and postpartum home visiting and support program that helps increase the chances of healthy pregnancies, safe deliveries and prompt enrollment of children into pediatric care and health insurance programs. 

Montgomery Hospital,
since its founding in 1889, has served as the primary source of healthcare for Norristown and its surrounding communities. They were funded to purchase a Central Maternal-Fetal Monitoring system, which would directly impact care for mothers and their unborn children in their Labor and Delivery Unit, providing the clinical team with the ability to assess both mother and fetus throughout labor, delivery and recovery.
